8. Nick Dinsmore and Rob Conway defeated Jason Lee and Rod Steele in a tournament final.

9. Titles were held-up on December 8, 1998 in Louisville, Kentucky after a match against Bull Pain and Matt "Baldo" Bloom.

10. Titles were awarded to Damaja and David C when Nick Dinsmore did not showed up for a title defense and Conway was counted-out.

11. Nick Dinsmore and Rob Conway won the titles as the masked "Borkcin Brothers." They unmasked after the match.

12. Payne defeated Flanagan in a singles match for the tag titles. Choose Damian as his new partner.

14. Rico Constantino and Prototype defeated Disciples of Synn (Damien and Payne) in a tournament final to win the title.

16. Doug Basham and Damaja won the tag team titles in a 30 minute Ironman Match.

18. Disciples of Synn (Bane and Seven) defeated Lance Cade and Rene Dupree to win the vacated titles.

19. Titles were vacated when The Acolytes (Ron Simmons and Bradshaw) were called back up to the WWE. Tank Toland and Chris Cage defeated Lance Cade and Mark Jindrak for the vacated tag team titles.

20. Title vacated when in light of the controversial ending of September 8, 2004 (Tank Toland's cousin, Chad interfering), OVW officials held up the belts pending a rematch between Adrenaline and Johnson and Skyfire on September 29, 2004.

21. Duece Shade defeated Mike Mizanin in a singles match to win the tag team titles for his team.

22. KC James and Roadkill defeated Deuce Shane and Domino Cliff Compton, and Mikey and Kenny of the Spirit Squad in a "Risk Factor" Match where both the OVW Southern Tag Team Titles and the WWE World Tag Team Titles were on the line. Only OVW Southern Tag Team Titles changed hands.

23. Brett and Brian Major defeated Ox & Hammer & Dr. Tomas in a handicap match to win the tag team titles.

24. Billed as champions on July 25, 2007. The first OVW card prior to July 25, 2007 after Cryme Tyme's win takes place on July 22, 2007 in Louisville, Kentucky.

25. Kassidy James and KC James defeated Chris Cage (substituting for TJ Dalton) and Jamin Olivencia to win the tag team titles.

26. Colt Cabana and Shawn Spears defeated Paul Burchill and Stu Sanders in a tournament final to win the vacant titles
