This site is very well done and includes a good summary of the history and theories surrounding the Black Virgins. It identifies Notre Dame du Palais as a Black Virgin, independently of Ean Begg. It also identifies Notre Dame du Taur as a Black Virgin. Although I write about ND du Taur at this site, I explicitly state that she is not a Black Virgin. In light of the new identification, I must obviously reconsider my initial position.
