How it works
First you place an order, We ship your products immediately. Orders are generally processed and shipped within one business day. You will receive a receipt (the packing slip) along with the products. Within five days of your order being placed, your rebate forms will become available. To retrieve your forms, please login to your account using the My Account button on the top right of every page and follow the links from there.

Follow the basic instructions on the rebate forms as to how to redeem your rebate check. Once you send in the rebate form, along with a copy of the receipt and the UPC symbol (the bar code attached to each product's packaging), your submissions will be processed and your rebate check will be issued.

You will receive your rebate check within 10-14 weeks from the time that your complete rebate submission is received by us.

Ordering

How to Search
At the bottom of every page is a search option. You can search by product names. Just click on 'Go' to search by price as well. You can search by product names, model numbers, product category, price range, etc.


The Process of Ordering
To order a specific item, click on the Order button that is next to each product. When you are ready to check out, you can review your order and make any changes (update quantity, remove items, etc.). We then ask you to set up an account so that you can return to check the status of your orders and your rebates. (Setting up an account does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter, unless you request it.) After entering your billing and shipping information, you will once again be asked to confirm that your order is correct. Then your order is processed. Most orders are shipped within one business day.
At any time while you are visiting the site, you can view what you have put into your shopping cart by clicking on the View Order button at the bottom of every page.


Return policy
We provide a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy. You can return any item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. To request a return please send an email to CustomerCare@cyberrebate.com. When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will be given a return authorization number (RMA#) and the correct return address. Do not return items to us without first obtaining a return authorization number and the proper return address. Orders returned to the wrong address cannot be credited.


Order confirmation

After you place your order and your credit card has been authorized, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed. You will receive this email one - to - two business days after you place your order.

Shipping Time

Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day. You will receive your order within approximately 2-6 business days after you place your order (in the continental U.S.). Allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders outside the Continental U.S. Orders to Canada will arrive in approximately 5-10 days.


Canadian Customs and Import Duties
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


Rebate Process

The No-Fear Rebate Process™
Using the power of the internet, we now provide you the unique experience of a hassle-free rebate process, minimizing the worries usually associated with mail-in-rebates. No more wondering: "did they get my rebate materials?" or "will I really get my rebate?" and "when?"
Here is an example of how it is done:
  1. Purchase a 10 pack of Sony disks for $11.99 and a Phoebe 56K Modem for $99.99 and receive your order and your receipt.

  2. Access your rebate forms by accessing your Account (click the "My Account" button at the top of any page). Note that each rebate form is unique to your order and to the product you ordered.

  3. When your forms become available, print them out and follow the instructions. Fill out the rebate forms for the disks and the modem and return them along with the UPCs and receipts (a copy of the packing slip, the email confirmation or the order information from your account is OK.). Each submission must have its own unique postmark and rebate code, so do not send multiple submissions in one envelope. Write the rebate code under the return address. On the form, you will be asked a few questions about the products you ordered. This survey is optional. (Suggestion: keep a copy of the rebate submission for your records- we'll honor it in case the original is lost in the mail.)

  4. We then process your rebate submission and mark your record as "complete."

  5. To view the status of your rebate, return to our website and click on "My Account." You will see a list of your current rebates and their status.

  6. Rebate checks take 10-14 weeks from the time we receive your submission to process.

  7. We send you your rebate checks for $11.99 and $99.99 for a total of $111.98. You deposit the money in the bank.

At any point, of course, you can contact Customer Care with any questions about your rebate status.


Gifts
Don't pay for your gifts! We have created a way to provide our customers with the unique ability to give gifts to friends and family and still get a rebate check. Because rebate offers generally require the original UPC, rebate offers never work for people who want to give the item as a gift because you must cut out the UPC from the package. But now you can.

Here's how: First, email us at the following address: CustomerCare@CyberRebate.com, and entitle your email "Gift Verification Voucher." We will email you a voucher, which verifies that the item you purchased will be used as a gift. With this voucher, you can send us a COPY of the UPC. With these 2 items (the gift verification voucher and a copy of the UPC), there is no need to tear out the UPC from the package; include these with the rest of the rebate submission (i.e., the rebate form and the receipt) and you just did your gift shopping for FREE!
