| 1988 CADILLAC ALLANTÉ |
|
|---|
The Allanté entered its first full year of production after being
introduced in March 1987. Its styling, powertrain and features were
essentially unchanged for 1988. A number of running changes did take place.
These included a reconfiguring of the headrests and the inclusion of a power
decklid pulldown as standard equipment. A new option for 1988 was a
European-style analog instrument panel which could be ordered in lieu of the
standard electronic cluster at no extra charge. Also new for 1988 were two
new exterior colors-red and black.
Allanté is for those fortunate few who can write their own
rules.
